Dealing With Impostor Syndrome

Impostor syndrome stems from feelings of self-doubt and unworthiness of one’s accomplishments – leading to an irrational fear of being uncovered as a fraud.

This condition affects high achievers who hit their goals – only to become insecure about their ability to perform, or troubled with feelings of undeservedness.

This presentation analyzes signs of impostor syndrome, and shares mindset shifts for self-acceptance.
