This session can be taken as a 45/60 minute class. Desk Yoga is a great way to break up sedentary behaviour. The beauty of this session is that no extra logistics are needed; just a meeting room with desks and chairs.

This session uses yogic principles to loosen tense muscles and boost circulation, helping to lessen stress and increase energy levels.
