Didgeridoo Sound Therapy


A one hour meditative experience that uses the didgeridoo to calm nerves, relieve stress, energize, and boost wellbeing.

This can be held onsite, or as part of a team offsite.

Then we recommend a Didgeridoo Sound Therapy session.

During the session, participants lie down on yoga mats. The facilitator blends the principles of meditation with the extensive array of tones and harmonics produced by the didgeridoo.

The combination of these elements allow individuals to reach deeper states of relaxation – inducing inner calm, rejuvenating the body and clearing the mind.

Logistics for the session:


  • A space large enough to contain your desired number of participants – lying down on yoga mats
  • Yoga mat per participant


  • A non-carpeted floor. This accentuates the vibrations of the didgeridoo.
