This workshop can be held onsite as a creative mental health strategy/wellbeing week/wellness perk. It can also be included within team-offsite programs.

Did you know that certain foods hold mood boosting qualities?

The philosophy of this workshop is based on the principles of Nutritional Psychiatry – which states that moods and emotions are greatly impacted by our consumption choices.

This presentation-style session demonstrates a sample of smoothies, using natural ingredients known for their abilities to boost emotional wellbeing. During the workshop, participants will be exposed to different recipes, with opportunities to taste some joyful creations.
