Details: This general wellbeing session shares tips for improved health and lifestyle habits. Session are designed for busy professionals, and includes the following topics:

  • Optimum Nutrition
  • Sleep Hygiene For High Performance
  • Stress Management Practices
  • Work Life Balance

  • An 8 week series that explores topics in-depth
  • 1-1 coaching online with a health coach (100hrs) – providing personalised advice (hours are distributed amongst employees) .
