Healthy Cooking – Demo

Making positive lifestyle change in nutrition – after years of relying on takeouts and microwaved meals – might require some support.

The purpose of this initiative is to enable a smoother transition to healthy living.

Cooking demonstrations take away the fear of making one’s first wholesome home-cooked meal.

WORKBLISS chef and nutritionist-led cooking tutorials combine health and discovery, to deliver interventions with long-lasting benefits.

Length: 1hr – Full Day Sessions

Delivery mode: Onsite Presentation, Webinars, Off-site Experiences, Pre-recorded Tutorials (for wellness portals)

Number of participants:

  • Onsite Presentation: No limit
  • Off-site Experiences: Bespoke experiences are available for teams of 10 – 30+
  • Webinar: 500. For audiences greater than 500, please contact us.

Details: Knowing how to cook healthy, delicious meals is a skill for life. It holds multiple benefits for health and finances (saving you tons of cash splurged on takeouts). You become aware of how much salt your food contains, and it nurtures an appreciation of spices, vegetables and other natural ingredients. Cooking tutorials are also a great team building activity, providing a wholesome experience that helps individuals cross bridges, and connect with each other in a different setting.

This session aims to introduce individuals to new concepts of nutrition, and is tailored according to requirements. Tasting experiences, appetizers, tips sheets, recipe cards, and hands-on cooking make up the structure of the session. Some of our healthy cooking demonstrations include:

  • Meal Prepping
  • Basic Cooking Skills: 101
  • Healthy & Filling Packed Lunch
  • Healthy Family Meals
  • Healthy Snacks
  • Breakfast On The Run
  • Raw Food Workshops
  • Delicious Vegetarian Meals
  • Salad Superstar
  • How to make gluten free pasta
