Length: Classes can be booked as 30 minute or 45 minute sessions. A 60 minute class can be divided into three 15 minute sessions.

Delivery mode: Fitness Class Onsite & Webcast

Number of participants:

  • Onsite: Up to 45 – recommended maximum.
  • Webcast: Up to 500. For audiences greater than 500, please contact us.

Details: High-Intensity Interval Training (or HIIT as it’s commonly known) provides an effective way to burn a high number of calories in a short space of time.

It involves short bursts of high intensity activity, interspersed with short recovery periods.
