Length: Classes can be booked as 30 minute or 45 minute sessions. A 60 minute class can be divided into three 15 minute sessions.
Delivery mode: Onsite Fitness Class, Online Livestream. Pre-recorded exercises (for wellness portals).
Number of participants:
- Onsite: Up to 45 – recommended maximum.
