How can corporations benefit from mindfulness, whilst using these techniques to serve the interests of wider society?  How can mindfulness techniques help alleviate stress, anxiety and depression in the workplace, in turn promoting more social, responsible impacts? How can mindfulness help colleagues become more responsive to the needs of each other, society and the environment?

This interactive and participatory workshop aims to share with workers practical mindfulness techniques that they can use in the workplace and in their daily lives. Underpinning this session is the belief that Corporate Social Responsibility begins with paying attention to ourselves … becoming more mindful of our interaction with society and the world.
