Mindfulness is now becoming a staple in self-management strategies. This practice enhances attention to the present moment; and encourages careful observation of thoughts and feelings without judgement. It can be used as a tool to reduce stress and improve emotional wellbeing.

Consistent mindfulness and meditation practice helps develop concentration, build emotional strength, improve confidence and enhance self awareness.
