Details: Capoeira is a Brazilian Martial Art that is great for strengthening the body.

The practice combines dance, music and acrobatics to create an energetic exercise that releases lots of stress relieving endorphins.

Multiple repetitive movements make it a great form of cardio.

Sustained practice helps to improve agility, flexibility, strength, coordination and confidence.

The very nature of this exercise – drumming, music and singing together – makes it an enjoyable team bonding experience.
