A one hour class incorporating martial arts, acrobatics, music and dance.

Details: Capoeira is a Brazilian Martial Arts class, great for strengthening the body and building endurance. The nature of this fitness session – a combination of drumming, music and singing – makes it an enjoyable team experience.

Multiple repetitive movements gives it a cardio element,  creating an energetic exercise that boosts the production of stress relieving endorphins.

Sustained practice helps to improve agility, flexibility, strength, coordination and confidence.
