Stretching & Fitness Booster sessions offer an intervention to improve musculoskeletal health and promote physical wellbeing. It is particularly useful for workplaces that operate in shift patterns – retail, manufacturers, warehouses, construction, hospitality and healthcare settings.

The hour session is tailored to fit your requirements, e.g.,

  • Three 18 minute slots
