A one hour smoothie making working workshop, showcasing immune booster recipes for a happy and healthy winter.

It’s a wholesome team bonding session that can take place either onsite as a wellness perk, or as part of a team offsite program.

Details:  Whilst we normally associate smoothies with warm weather, they certainly have their place in the winter; and there are many ways one can use smoothies to enhance health during the cold months.

Warming ingredients and immune boosters are featured in this presentation-style smoothie making session.
